RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- dissolve 1 portion – 10 g (1 measure) by shaking it in a drinking bottle with 250 ml of water.
- On training days: one portion of 10 g about 30 min. before training and 10 g after training.
- On non-training days: one portion of 10 g about 30 min. before the meal.
- Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
