De Luxe Gainer is a product intended for people who care about the development of muscle mass. This product contains a careful composition of whey protein and complex carbohydrates. In addition, it was also enriched with buttermilk powder.
Taking this type of supplement causes an increase in muscle mass and significantly accelerates the regeneration processes of the body. Due to the high content of carbohydrates, it provides an energy boost during increased physical activity, increasing the length and intensity of training.
As it is commonly known, protein is needed to build muscles, it is its main building block. However, muscles need carbohydrates equally to replenish energy reserves. As long as we do not replenish the glycogen deficiencies after training, the muscles will not start to grow.
The conditioner is aimed at people with an ectomorphic body type, while people with endomorphic silhouettes should not abuse it because unused carbohydrates can turn into fats and accumulate under the skin.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- Dissolve 100 g (4 flat scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk.
- Use once a day, preferably between meals or after physical exercise.
