Bacopa is a supplement containing a standardized leaf extract from thyme-leafed gratiola (Bacopa monnieri). This plant is considered to be an adaptogen and has the following biological properties: it supports memory and concentration as well as cognitive functions, which is especially important in elderly people due to the physiology of the aging process. It improves brain functions – learning and memorizing skills, and has antioxidant properties.
Supplementation with Bacopa is particularly recommended during periods of intensive learning (i.e. exams), stress, fatigue, or problems with concentration. The product can be used for long periods of time.
