One 10 g portion of BCAA Xtra Instant Activlab contains 5 g of BCAA amino acids in the optimal 2: 1: 1 ratio and 3.5 g of L-Glutamine. BCAA amino acids constitute about 35% of the essential amino acids building muscle protein and nearly 50% of the amino acids that must be supplied with food.
Leucine, isoleucine and valine perform a number of different functions in the body.
