Description
CALM meno NIGHT is a preparation that contains plant extracts, melatonin, vitamin B6 and magnesium. Common hop helps to maintain a calm and comfortable during menopause. St. John’s wort helps maintain emotional balance. Ashwagandha improves the body’s resistance to stress and supports optimal relaxation.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime).
Vitamin B6 helps maintain normal psychological functions.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- 1 capsule before bedtime
- Take once daily.
INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium diglycinate, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, spirulina), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), St. John’s wort extract (Hypericum perforatum), saffron flower extract (Crocus sativus), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
