The main ingredient of the product are plantain seed hulls, which consist of 85% fiber. It is an extremely absorbent substance that absorbs water as well as toxins. This property will certainly be used by pregnant women who may experience periodic constipation, and also the elderly.

How to use COLONORMAX IBS
COLONORMAX IBS is a loose product based on fine shells and powdered apple, giving the preparation a delicious taste. Portions of the preparation (2.75 g) should always be taken with water – a minimum of 125 ml per serving. More water consumption contributes to the effectiveness of fiber. The preparation can also be used with juice or added to yoghurt. Regular use is of the greatest importance for the effectiveness of the supplement.
Adults and children over 12 years of age should use two portions of COLONORMAX IBS a day (morning and evening), and children over 6 years of age should not take more than one portion of the supplement in the evening.

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION::
- 1 flat teaspoon (2.75 g), dissolve in half a glass of water (125 ml), drink immediately after preparation. Wash down with an extra glass of water or juice.
The product can be used mixed with water and juice. It can also be used as an addition to yoghurt or other dishes. The minimum fluid intake for every 2.75 g of product is 125 ml.
Recommended daily dose:
