Crea Shot 2.0

Description

Crea Shot 2.0 is a preparation recommended for use before any strength and endurance training. It is a composition of various forms of creatine, beta-alanine, arginine, glutamine, B group vitamins and electrolytes. Consumption of creatine enhances overall bodily eciency during any frequent bursts of intensive physical effort. Beta-alanine is one of the components of carnosine, a dipeptide. Beta-alanine delays the eects of fatigue thus increasing the time of training. Arginine is an amino acid which accounts for a number of biochemical functions within the body, being a precursor of nitrogen oxide (NO) secretion. For instance, the NO is instrumental in the dilation of the blood vessels.

METHOD OF USE:

• dissolve one portion (20 g – 1 measure) in 250 ml of water. Use before training.

INGREDIENTS: Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, trisodium citrate and tripotassium citrate, L-citrulin malate, L-arginine, creatine ethyl ester, creatine malate, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, taurin, tricalcium phosphate, anti-caking substance: E551, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, emulsier: disodium diphosphate, aromas, inositol, sweetening substances: E951 and E950, vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboavin, nicotinic acid, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin), dyes: E104 (lemon and orange avour), E110 (grapefruit and orange avour), E124 (grapefruit flavour) – they may adversely aect the activity and concentration in children.
