RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- Children over 3 years of age and adults: 1 tablet daily.
- Take one tablet daily for at least 3 months.
- The tablet should be taken before bedtime, after brushing the teeth, to allow effective colonisation of the mouth and throat by the strain.
- Slowly suck on the tablet for about 5 minutes until it dissolves completely.
- This ensures prolonged contact of the active substance with the throat mucosa.
- Do not swallow or bite the tablet.
- Do not drink fluids immediately after taking the tablet.
