RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:

• Children over 3 years of age and adults: 1 tablet daily.
• You should take one tablet daily for at least 3 months. The tablet should be taken before going to bed, after washing teeth to enable effective colonization of the oral cavity and throat by the strain. Slowly suck the tablet for about 5 minutes until it dissolves completely. This ensures long-term contact of the active substance with the throat mucosa. Do not swallow or chew the tablet. You should not drink fluids immediately after taking the tablet.
