Description
Hot Sport Drink is a powdered isotonic drink concentrate with an optimal set of electrolytes, carbohydrates and vitamins. The product is available in 4 refreshing fruit flavors. The package contains over 80 portions of the concentrate needed to prepare an isotonic drink.
Hot Sport Drink supports active people whose workouts are characterized by a high level of intensity. The product helps replenish water in the body by providing all the necessary electrolytes (potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium) that were used during hard training. Electrolytes are salt ions that are completely soluble in liquids. In the body, they occur in the form of positive or negative ions.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- Dissolve 1 scoop (37 g) of concentrate in 500 ml of water.
- Use before exercise, about 500 ml of fluid (1 hour before exercise).
- During exercise, approximately 1000 ml (for each hour of exercise).
- After exercise, more than 500 ml of fluid (up to two hours after exercise).
- Do not exceed recommended daily portion. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
