RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- Dissolve 1 portion of 5 g (1 flat scoop) in a bottle with 100 ml of water, shake well.
- Training days: one portion of 5 g after waking up and 5 g after workout.
- Non-training days: one portion of 5 g after waking up and 5 g before bedtime.
- The packaging contains a measuring scoop.
