Description

ORTO Creatine is a high-protein product containing collagen peptides, branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine), creatine monohydrate (^{Creavitalis®}), glucosamine sulphate, vitamins (D, K, C) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese).

The source of collagen peptides is serum protein isolate (WPI).

Indications:

• period of convalescence and rehabilitation,
• risk of loss of muscle mass due to immobilisation, chronic trauma, injury, illness,
• osteoarthritis,
• fibromyalgia,
• other, according to the assessment of the attending physician and the patient’s condition.

Creatine

Taking creatine can help reduce muscle atrophy after immobilisation and promote recovery during exercise-related rehabilitation, thus aiding recovery from injury and trauma. [1] The most extensively studied and clinically effective form of creatine, both in terms of its absorption by muscle and its ability to enhance high-intensity exercise capacity, is creatine monohydrate. Due to the health benefits of creatine, it is recommended that it be consumed at a dose of 3 g per day, especially in older adults. [1]

^{Creavitalis®} is a creatine monohydrate produced by the German company Alzchem Trostberg GmbH, manufactured exclusively by chemical synthesis, which guarantees its chemical purity (the product is virtually free of any trace substances or by-products of animal or vegetable origin).

Collagen peptides

RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:

• Dissolve the contents of the sachet (25 g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
