Nutritionally complete food product designed to meet the body’s needs during the recovery period after illness, surgery, or for those who are malnourished or debilitated.
RECOMED® DRINK contains all essential nutrients: protein, carbohydrates, fat, dietary fiber, and a full range of vitamins and minerals. The concentrated form of the product makes it easy to administer without additionally burdening the patient’s body. The protein present in the product is high-quality whey protein concentrate (WPC) with a biological value (BV) of 104. The amino acid profile of the protein has also been optimized by adding amino acids in proportions necessary to increase the nutritional value of the protein and achieve the optimal proportions of essential amino acids (EAA) recommended for daily intake by the World Health Organization (WHO).
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
- RECOMED® DRINK can be used as the sole source of nutrition (6 servings per day) or as a dietary supplement or partial replacement (1-3 servings per day).
- Add approximately 200ml of water to the powder in the bottle up to the level indicated by the arrow on the label.
- Shake vigorously until the powder is dissolved. If necessary, add more water up to the level indicated by the arrow.
