Description
A nutritionally complete product based on whey protein for dietary management of disease-related malnutrition in diabetic and hyperglycaemic patients.
RECODIAB in its formulation contains slow-digesting starch with a low glycaemic index. Its intestinal digestion process takes between 20 and 120 minutes, resulting in a slower release of glucose into the blood and keeping glycaemia constant.
RECODIAB contains all the essential nutrients: protein, carbohydrates, fat, dietary fibre and a set of vitamins and minerals.
The concentrated form of the product facilitates administration and does not place any additional strain on the patient’s body. The protein present in the product is the highest quality whey protein concentrate (WPC) with a biological value of BV 104.
